Call Center Executives

Responsibilities:
  • Handle calls professionally with a customer-first approach

Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and empathy at all times. Focus on delivering an excellent customer experience by actively listening, understanding their concerns, and providing timely, accurate solutions that reflect our commitment to quality service.

  • Provide clear and effective support in English and Tamil

Communicate confidently and clearly in both English and Tamil, ensuring that every customer interaction is smooth and easy to understand. Offer guidance, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a friendly yet professional tone throughout all conversations to build lasting customer relationships.

  • Knowledge of Malayalam, Hindi, or Telugu is an advantage

Being multilingual is a strong plus in our diverse client environment. Candidates who can speak Malayalam, Hindi, or Telugu will be able to support a wider customer base and improve accessibility, allowing us to deliver exceptional service across multiple regions.

  • Achieve monthly performance targets and KPIs

Work toward set performance goals, including customer satisfaction scores, call handling time, and quality benchmarks. Collaborate with team leaders to monitor progress, identify improvement areas, and contribute to the team’s overall performance and success.

 
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management software.

  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.

  • Salary: Up to LKR 100,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
